The Healing Place is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

All personal information, including but not limited to, name, e-mail, phone/fax number, and address, communicated to The Healing Place using the forms on our website, including contact or donation, is kept private.  The Healing Place may also collect Internet Protocol (IP) data to analyze our website use; IP data is not linked to personal information.  All monetary transactions are facilitated by Google which describes its policies in detail on its website.  

The Healing Place uses personal information to make contact about questions and comments, to distribute newsletters and other hard copy and electronic communications, to acknowledge financial contributions, to keep you informed of upcoming events and to send other communications as necessary.  Users who wish to no longer receive our communications may at any time opt out of receiving them by contacting us or by following the instructions contained in those communications.  

If you send us an e-mail or respond by e-mail to a web or direct marketing promotion, you are voluntarily releasing information to us.  Your e-mail address will be used by The Healing Place to respond to you.  We will not use your e-mail address for direct marketing purposes if you request us not to.  

The Healing Place will not, under any circumstances (unless required by law), share any personal information with any third parties.  The Healing Place reserves the right, however, to publish the names of donors and supporters in communications such as annual reports and on our website, unless given express and written request for donor name to be withheld and listed as anonymous.  

Our website contains links to other websites.  This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by our website.  The Healing Place does not claim any responsibility for the privacy practices, other practices or content of such other sites.   

The Healing Place reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time.  Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted and highlighted in this privacy statement.
